Zoho Commerce says it’s launching an app that will allow customers to buy goods online in Boston and other cities.

Zoho’s Boston-based Commerce Bank will launch an app to help customers buy goods in Boston, New York, Washington, D.C., and Philadelphia, and to provide merchants with the tools they need to manage their online business.

The company has partnered with ecommerce platform Shopify, which provides tools for merchants.

The app, Zoho Marketplace, will provide users with the ability to purchase items directly from Zoho and other retailers.

Zoho said the app will work with existing Zoho merchants and their existing ecommerce platforms to ensure customers can purchase goods directly from the store.

The store will also offer a digital store where consumers can purchase their goods directly.

“We are very excited to launch this innovative marketplace, which we believe will enable our customers to save time, simplify their shopping experience, and reduce the cost of online shopping,” Zoho CEO and CEO Bill Riggs said in a statement.

“The Zoho business community has made it a priority to work together to support merchants in today’s marketplace.”

The company said it expects to have more details about the app and Marketplace as the launch progresses.

“Zoho is pleased to be partnering with Shopify to deliver the most comprehensive online marketplace in the U.S.,” Zoho President and CEO Chris Broussard said in the statement.

The Commerce Bank announced last month that it was launching a marketplace for small- and medium-sized businesses in Boston.
